Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Whot Nation account and associated data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Whot Nation app and sign in
2. Go to [EDIT: exact menu path, e.g. Settings > Account > Delete Account]
3. Confirm deletion when prompted

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email [FILL IN SUPPORT EMAIL] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", and we will process your request within [FILL IN TIMEFRAME, e.g. 7 business days].

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile and account credentials
• Your gameplay history and statistics
• Your device tokens used for notifications

What May Be Retained

We may retain certain data where required by law or legitimate business need, such as:

• Transaction records related to deposits/withdrawals, for financial recordkeeping and fraud prevention [EDIT: adjust per your actual policy/regulatory requirement]
• Records needed to resolve open disputes or investigations

Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
